We believe a successful project can only be achieved if there is a DYNAMIC client/customer bond. That is why we offer a free virtual consultation – “a meet and greet”. After you schedule your free virtual consultation, we'll discuss whether we're a great fit for each other. We'll also talk to you about the ways we work, our contract, and what you hope to achieve with your project. Beside getting to know each other There are several reasons that you might want to schedule this FREE consultation:
• You want to freshen up or redesign a space
• You want to redecorate, but don't know where to begin
• You're in the market for new furnishings and/or decor
• You're looking for custom window treatments or upholstery
• You'd like some help with space planning and creating a design plan
• You need to "style" or complete a space with the finishing touches
• You're moving or buying or flipping a home and need design advice

Once we decide to move forward together, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out and return prior to the in person visit. We will come to your home to take pictures, talk about your inspiration images and loves/hates. Instagram feeds and magazine clippings are all welcome. We'll take measurements for architectural and furniture drawings. A minimum payment of two hours is required for a Design Consultation.

This is the day we gather our contractors and any of our tradespeople that will be required to get your project completed.

Based on our initial meeting at your home, we'll create the furniture layout for your approval. You receive a comprehensive list of fees for design services. Once we agree a deposit is required to move to the next phase. This can take about 4-6 weeks depending on how complex your space is.

After we have your approval of the furniture plans, we are off and running and the “Concept Design Phase” begins. This step can take 1-2 months, depending on the size and scope of the project. We will present a few Conceptual Design boards for your approval.

Once you approve the “Concept Design” we will present you with a final design which will represent all our efforts to bring your project to life, we will specify the actual items that will be used in your space. We will present the full design to you including furniture, fabrics, rugs, lighting, and paint color.

After the “Final Design” is approved, we can start to order your items. During this period, you will receive updates on the status of your orders. This process can take several months to complete.

Once everything has been received and has been fully inspected, we will coordinate the delivery and install date as well as on site coordination and set up – we are partners in this project!
